		or someone appointed or assigned to perform said duties. This coupled
		that the last orgasnization that prepared the taxes omitted the
		990T and used the wrong exempt code for the organization.
		This organization lack of a proficient tax matters rep and bookkeeper
		resulted in unpaid local district state and federal taxes. The
		organization has new individual managing it currently due to the
		unexpected loss of previous members.
