In August 2011, the Board of Directors authorized the dissolution of The Blood-Horse Charitable Foundation. Final expenses totaling $212.50 were paid in October 2011. Final charitable contributions totaling $647.00 were paid in November 2011. In December, having a zero balance, the checking account was closed. With no other remaining assets or liabilities, the foundation ceased operations in December 2011.
