Form 990, Part VI, Line 11	Form 990, Part VI, Line 11: Form 990 Review Process	Currently the Post Quartermaster reviews the Form 990 before it is filed. The form is scrutinized to ensure the information contained in the form is consistent with the information that was originally provided. If there are questions, the preparer is contacted. If additional assistance is required to review the form, the Post Commander will review the form as well.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b	Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	During the Post's regularly scheduled monthly meeting (first Thursday of the month) any issue requiring membership approval/disapproval is brought to the floor for discussion. A motion is made, seconded and voted upon by the members present, employing Robert's Rules of Order and procedures contained in the National and Post By-laws. The decisions are annotated in the meeting minutes.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a	Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	The membership nominates and votes for elected officer positions, which comprise the governing body. Nominations and voting occurs yearly in April and the officers are installed in May for the ensuing year.
