("RAPB") is a not-for-profit corporations exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 ("IRC"). As such, RAPB is not taxed on income derived from their respective exempt functions.RAPB has evaluated its tax positions for all open tax years. Currently, the tax years opened and subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service are September 2009 and 2010, as well as, December 31, 2010. RAPB is not currently under audit nor has the Association been contacted by any jurisdiction. Based on the evaluation of the RAPB's tax positions, management believes all tax positions taken would be upheld under an examination. Therefore, no provision for the effects of uncertain tax positions has been recorded as of December 31, 2011.
