	CONVENTION, MID-YEAR MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE & TELESEMINARS:IACC holds an Annual Convention and a Mid-Year meeting each year. The annual Convention usually has an attendance of about 100 members. The Mid-Year meeting has about 40 attendees each year. IACC also holds six teleseminars each year. They range from 10-15 attendees at each.SCOPE: IACC publishes a newsletter bi-monthly that is sent to the members. As mentioned it is a bi-monthly newsletter and is sent to all of our members (approximately 320).CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS:IACC has an agency certification program that currently has 14 certified agencies. We also have a collector certification program. There are currently about 375 certified collectors.

Part X	Part X : FIN48 Footnote	The Organization has a tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and has adopted Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes, ASC 740-10. The Organization's policy is to evaluate uncertain tax positions, at least annually, for the potential for income tax exposure from unrelated business income or from loss of nonprofit status. The Organization continues to operate consistent with its original exemption application and each year takes the necessary actions to maintain its exempt status.
