Persons holding catcher-processor owner or catcher-processor crew quota shares are also eligible for membership if the quota shares based upon which individual fishing quota is issued to the Cooperative are harvested by a catcher-vessel, not a catcher-processor.The Amended Bylaws set an annual term of membership; each year each member's membership terminates unless extended by affirmative action of the board.The Amended Bylaws group the members into voting districts for purposes of electing district Delegates.
