	The Red Door House Corporation entered an agreement with the Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter at Colorado State University to collect rent to undertake ongoing incremental improvements to the property, to build investment assets that will enable a future major renovation, and provide annual housing for the chapter at a rent amount to be determined annually in the range of $40,000 to $80,000 pear year. The investment assets accrued by the Red Door House Corporation was a significant achievement and initial step in the organization's strategic plan to complete a major renovation and provide the Colorado State Sigma Phi Epsilon Chapter superior student housing adjacent to the Colorado State University Campus in Fort Collins, Colorado.
