The Club applies a more-likely-than-not measurement methodology to reflect the financial statement impact of uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. Executive Committee	Part VI, Section A, Line 1	The Executive Committee shall be composed of the current President, the immediate past President, the President-Elect, the Secretary and the Treasurer of the Club. It may formulate and recommend overall policies and Bylaw changes to the Board of Directors regarding the affairs of the Club. The Committee shall review the proposed budgets submitted by the General Manager and make such revisions therein as it deems necessary before recommending formal adoption thereof to the Board of Directors. The Committee shall handle such emergency or other matters as are delegated to the Committee by the Board of Directors for final action. Subject to later ratification by the full Board of Directors, the Executive Committee may act for the Board in emergency matters where it is not practical or feasible to convene a meeting of the full Board. All members of the Executive Committee are on the Board of Directors, except the immediate past President.

Members Election of Governing Body	Part VI, Section A, Lines 7a and 7b	A nominating committee is formed and then determines a slate of officers. Review of Form 990	Part VI, Section B, Line 11	The executive committee reviews the tax return in detail, and then a copy is provided to the Board of Directors before filing of the Form 990.
Officer Compensation	Part VI, Section B, Line 15	For the General Manager's hiring & compensation in 2010, a search committee was establsihed and a process developed that included: 1. Advertising the position in Club Industry publications 2. Resume screening 3. Phone interviews 4. Personal interviews 5. Job Offer development by investigating industry norms 6. Contract development lead by the current Club President, Search Committee Chair (Club President Elect) & Club Attorney 7. Compensation negotiations lead by the current Club President & Search Committee Chair using industry 'peer club' wage comparison information and Club historical data. 8. Annual performance reviews of the General Manager are performed by the President. The Executive Committee approves compensation, and a file is maintained and passed on from one President to the next.
