What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? An independent employee organization to promote the betterment of its labor force and to provide a voice for the collective needs of its members by fostering the promotion of ideas and legislation geared towards improving the criminal justice system, providing an effective means of cummunications with the county and establishing a communications link between members, the county and the community at large.
