THE COMMITTEE ALSO FACTORS IN GEOGRAPHIC PAY DIFFERENTIAL, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, PERFORMANCE, SCOPE OF DUTIES, INTERNAL EQUITY, AND SALARY HISTORY OF INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMPENSATION PROCESS. THIS PROCESS IS DONE ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.
