	THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS AS OUTLINED IN THE MISSION STATEMENT ARE AS FOLLOWS: During the 2010-11 fiscal year the CHIRLAction fund focused its efforts in educating the public in the states of California, Alabama, Maryland and Connecticut on issues of immigration reform, access to education and the protection of safety net programs. Education was done online, face to face and telephone contact. CHIRLAction Fund educated on specific legislation including the federal Child Tax Credit for immigrant families and on Alabama's HB56 legislation.
