The Board of Directors votes on salary adjustments for the Administrator and documents salary discussions and decisions in the Board minutes. In 2011, the Administrator's review was held on January 24th. For all other positions within our organization, the Board of Directors and Administrator are responsible for setting a salary range for each job position using a local area salary survey and based on current market conditions. The Administrator is then responsible for making sure that the individual salaries stay within the parameters of the salary ranges established by the Board of Directors for each position. |
