THE BRIAN'S HOUSE PRIVATE LICENSED FACILITY WAS CLOSED EFFECTIVE 6/30/11 DUE TO FUNDING CUTS. THESE FUNDING CUTS ALSO FORCED CLOSURE OF CAMP JOY, SO THERE WAS NO CAMP IN THE SUMMER OF 2011 (NOTE THAT THE CAMP SALE WAS NOT FINALIZED UNTIL FISCAL YEAR 2012). THE FUNDRAISING DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO CLOSED DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, AS MOST OF THE FUNDS RAISED WERE FOR THESE TWO PROGRAMS.

Final approval of that recommendation resides with the President and CEO of Woods Services. The Fiscal Manager does not participate in the determination of compensation paid to him(her). This procedure has been in effect since Woods Services acquired Brian's House in 1996.
