MEMBERSHIP SHALL BE OPEN TO ENTITIES THAT QUALIFY UNDER ONE OF THE MEMBERSHIP CLASSES, THAT ARE INTERESTED IN AND SUPPORTIVE OF THE PURPOSES OF THE CORPORATION, AND THAT REMAIN CURRENT WITH RESPECT TO PAYMENT OF THEIR APPLICABLE DUES. THERE SHALL BE THREE CLASSES OF MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION: REGULAR, INTERNATIONAL, AND AFFILIATE. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS THE AUTHORITY TO DETERMINE MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY OF ANY GIVEN INSTITUTION, AND WHETHER AN INSTITUTION IS ACCEPTED AS A REGULAR, INTERNATIONAL, OR AFFILIATE MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION.
