THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES DETERMINES THE COMPENSATION BASED ON HOW THE INDIVIDUAL MEETS THE CRITERIA OF THE POSITION AND ON THE LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE OF THE DUTIES AND RESULTS ACHIEVED. ALL POSITIONS HAVE A CORRESPONDING SALARY BAND DETERMINED SIMILARLY TO THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER BAND.
