Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Association has been determined to be a tax-exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code) and, accordingly, is exempt from federal income taxes. Accordingly, no provision for income taxes has been recorded in the financial statements for this tax-exempt organization. Management has evaluated the Association's tax positions taken on its filed tax return and concluded that the Association has maintained its tax-exempt status, does not have any significant unrelated business income and has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the consolidated financial statements. The Association is not subject to income tax examinations for years before 2008.
