EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND SIGN THE ORGANIZATION'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT. MANAGEMENT PERIODICALLY REINFORCES THE IMPORTANCE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE AT STAFF MEETINGS. THE WTCGP IS A NON-PROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE TRADE SERVICES TO SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE COMPANIES TO ASSIST THEM IN DOING INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, WITH THE ULTIMATE RESULT BEING INCREASED EMPLOYEMENT IN THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA AREA. SERVICES INCLUDE COUNSELING, MARKET RESEARCH, EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS AND TRADE MISSIONS.
