    have relatives buried at Bridges Chapel Cemetery and all other persons
    who have contributed substantially to Bridges Chapel Cemetery Foundatio
    shall be members ...with full right to voting privileges provided he or
    she is 21 years of age or older or is legally married or who has been
    legally married.
    Bridges Chapel Cemetery Foundation has
    members who may elect one or more members of the governing body. The
    foundations original charter provides as follows The members of the
    trust shall hold annual meetings of all persons interested in Bridges
    Chapel Cemetery.. At such meetings, five Directors shall be elelcted to
    serve..
    Bridges Chapel Cemetery Foundation
    records the annual meeting of the governing body.
    The foundations original charter says in part the secretary
    treasurer shall also keep correct records of all board or director
    meetings. Secretary treasurer keeps a written record
    of the annual meeting of the board and all called
    meetings. The secretary-treasurer documents all items of
    at said meetings and any action taken regarding same.
    All members of the Board were provided
    access to a complete copy of the 990 and all required
    schedules prior to signing and submission of to the IRS
    Paid preparer was available for clarification and questions
    regarding compilation and terminology of the return
    Bridges Chapel Cemetery through its
    Secretary-Treasurer makes all governing documents, financial statements
    and Form 990 available for inspection to an interested party requesting
    to review same. Any interested party indicating an interest in viewing
    said document is referred to the Secretary-Treasurer who has possesson
    of those records and promplty provides them for inspection
