		credit card processing services between the Chamber
		and a large financial institution. Mr. Kaplan's
		company takes the standard commission or less on each
		transaction. Transaction fees earned are determined on an

		This arrangement has saved the Chamber money compared to the
		higher fee structure it was previously paying.
