The following was disclosed related to uncertain tax positions in the consolidated financial statements The Association recognizes the effect of income tax positions only if those positions more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Services. The Association has analyzed the tax positions taken and has concluded that as of December 31, 2011, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or asset or disclosure in the financial statements.

The committee also reviews the compensation of the other officers to ensure they are within the guidelines set by the Executive Compensation Committee.
