Generally over 30 college and universities attended along with The Florida Department of Education. Workshops included "Preparing for College" and "Financial Aid." Approximately 800 parents and students generally attend this event.The organization also held "The Willie Gary Football Classic" in prior years in Jacksonville, Florida. The event was an amateur football game between two historically Black colleges (Shaw University and Edward Waters College). Attendance was approximately 5,000 people.
