(EXPENSE $47,462) INVESTMENT FUND POLICIES AND PROCEDURES - THIS PROGRAM IMPLEMENTS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO MAINTAIN A CONSERVATIVE STANCE AND SUFFICIENT LIQUIDITY IN INVESTMENTS TO MEET THE FUNDING REQUIREMENTS OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND FISHERIES INVESTMENT. (Expense $38,882) Local Fleet Support - this program provides training to local fishermen. CBSFA emphasizes safety during this training. (Expense $3,747) Crane Storage Facility - This project is a joint venture with the City of St. Paul in which CBSFA supplied pre-paid rent for a grant to build a new fire station for the City and a storage facility to house and maintain the organization's cranes. |
