The CFO is responsible for preparing and filing our 990 tax return. She was out on Disability leave from December 2011 to month end January 2012. Then Accounting Manager resigned from the Credit Union in March 2012. At that time the position vacancy became the main priority for the CFO along with a complete reorganization of the Accounting and EFT department. The departments were functioning at full capacity by the end of June 2012. At midyear 2012 the high priority project for the CFO was to oversee a new branch construction project. This project was completed in October and finalization by late November.
