	Training, education and peer networking for approximately 545 members who are involved in federal grant administration and management throughout the federal, state and local governments. These activities are facilitated through organizational sponsorship of luncheons, conferences, publications and on-line training programs. NGMA launched its certificationprogram, the Certified Grants Management Specialist (CGMS) credential during FY 2011. A grandfathering program was held in May 2011, with full program launch expected in April 2012.
