What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? low-income housing
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 We reassessed our property insurance and with research decided to raise it to more realistically reflect the value to replace our three units; did some weatherization on front doors to apts; installed water regulators in all our toilets so more water can be conserved; we made a tour of the property and educated everyone on how and where to shut off utilities during disasters and made take home sheets for everyone; had Amer Red Cross come out and give a day seminar on earthquakes and other disasters most likely to hit our are and how to prepare for them; we built emergency kits for each tenant to have close by for emergencies; revised our filing organization and brought all documents to file appropriately; finished remodeling laundryroom after we received new water conservation laundry machines in late 2010.
