		interest policy that requires all members of the governing board to

		regularly and consistantly monitored and enforced through the fact that
		the organization is in a small town, it is a small private club and
		all members know one another and their individual families and
		businesses.
		Part VI 14B The orgainzaion has one employee that is compensated
		who works as the bar manager and bartender. That salary is reviewed
		and approved by the board of the organization on an annual basis.
		Part VI 19 The organization makes all governing documents, conflict
		of interest policies and financial statements available to its members
		only as the organization is a private club there is no reason to make
		said documents available to the public.
