SALARY RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROPOSED BY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD FOR APPROVAL. THESE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE ALSO REVIEWED BY A MEMBER OF THE BOARD WHO IS A PROFESSIONAL IN EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT.
