EISENHOWER'S ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE REDUCING THE OVERUSE OF ANTIBIOTICS AND ENSURING CONSISTENT PRESCRIBING ACROSS THE HOSPITAL. IN OCTOBER 2010, EISENHOWER MEDICAL CENTER INSTALLS SIEMENS HEALTHCARE'S ACUSON S2000, THE MOST ADVANCED WHOLE-BREAST, THREE DIMENSIONAL ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE. IN OCTOBER 2010, EISENHOWER SCHNITZER/NOVACK BREAST CENTER IS DESIGNATED A BREAST IMAGING CENTER OF EXCELLENCE BY THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF RADIOLOGY (ACR), AND IS FIRST IN THE COACHELLA VALLEY TO EARN THIS PRESTIGIOUS DESIGNATION. IN JANUARY 2011, EISENHOWER CELEBRATES THE OPENING OF TWO NEW HEALTH CENTERS IN PALM SPRINGS. EISENHOWER HEALTH CENTER AT RIMROCK PROVIDES PRIMARY CARE SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY. ON APRIL 9, 2011 THE HIV PROVIDER NETWORK, WHICH INCLUDES EISENHOWER MEDICAL CENTER, HOLDS THE FIRST ANNUAL HIV CONFERENCE IN THE COACHELLA VALLEY AT THE ANNENBERG CENTER FOR HEALTH SCIENCES AT EISENHOWER. IN MAY 2011, EISENHOWER WOUND CARE CENTER RECEIVES THE ROBERT A.
