Explanation:
Due to a recent accounting system change the financial information was not as readily and easily available as in previous years. Another delay was caused by the treasurers' unexpected travel, for all of May and the begining part of June, due to job requirements outside of his control, which resulted in a delay of being able to sort out the filing. Very sorry for the delay.
