With few exceptions, the Club is no longer subject to U.S. federal, state or local income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before April 2009. The Club has adopted the provisions of FASB ASC 740, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes. There were no unrecognized tax benefits as of April 30, 2012 and 2011. The Club recognizes interest accrued related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in
X	2	administrative expense. There were no such interest and penalties for 2012 and 2011.
