Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The mission of this Association, organized as a not-for-profit corporation, shall be to associate the builders and associates, within its jurisdiction for the purpose of collaborating in all matters related to advancing the building industry; to comply with all Federal, State and Municipal building codes and regulations; and to assist in the accomplishment of the mutual objectives of NAHB and FHBA.

	The 2011 Spring Parade of Homes was held on April 9 - 17, 2011. Builder members entered homes for viewing by the public. Associate members supported this event by advertising and sponsorships. This annual event us held to promote the building industry in Polk County and showcase the area builders homes available for purchase. The total costs were $17,023 and the gross revenue was $32,597.
