Form 990, Part VI, Line 11	Form 990, Part VI, Line 11: Form 990 Review Process	The Board of Trustees retains an independent CPA firm to perform an annual audit and prepares the annual tax form 990. Each Board member is given a copy of the 990. The 990 is reviewed by the CPA with the Board of Trustees and once the Trustees are satisfied that the return is complete and accurate they authorize the CPA to electronically file it.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 10b	Form 990, Part VI, Line 10b: Explanation of No Written Policies and Procedures for Chapters, Branche	The organization does not have a written policy regarding its Western Slope Division or Chapter. The Division can make recommendation to the full Boord but cannot act independent of the organization on any matters which would be inconsistent with the organization's exempt purpose.
