28 THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF CONCRETE RESTORATION, REPAIR AND PROTECTION, THROUGH EDUCATION,AND COMMUNICATION AMONG MEMBERS AND THOSE WHO USE THEIR SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION MEETS AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR.
