        Explanation for Late-Filed Form 990-PF Return: This return was e-filed on Nov 16, 2012, one day after the extended due date of Nov 15, 2012. On the due date of November 15, 2012 the preparer tried to transmit the return electronically a number of times, but experienced a failure of the internet system connection. We called our serivce provider, but they were unable to restore the connection for e-filing until the following morning on Nov 16, 2012 when the return was sucessfully sent. This is the first time we have experienced this issue. We respectfully request abatement of the 1-day late filing penalty of $20, if possible, because the late filing occurred due to this circumstance that was beyond the control of the client's charitable organization.
