	The original purpose of C.A.C.F. Holdings, Inc. was to own and operate the Village Plaza Shopping Center, a property adjacent to the Children's Assessment Center that was purchased in January 2001 for $5,500,000. In November 2010, C.A.C.F. Holdings, Inc. sold part of the property to provide seed money for the planned expansion of the Children's Assessment Center and ceased leasing operations. The remaining property is currently being held for the expansion of the Center facilities which is expected to commence within the next year.
