COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT PARTICIPATED ON THE STRATEGIC PLANNING TEAM FOR THE HOUSTON LOVES PRAYER WALK WHERE THOUSANDS OF HOUSTONIANS LINED THE 610 LOOP TO PRAY FOR THE CITY OF HOUSTON. THE PRAYER INSTITUTE WROTE ALL OF THE PRAYERS FOR THIS EVENT. PARTNERED WITH WINDSOR VILLAGE UMC AND THE HOUSTON/GALVESTON DIOCESE CATHOLIC CHURCH FOR THE CITYWIDE WEEK OF PRAYER FOR CHRISTIAN UNITY SPONSORED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF ST. THOMAS. PARTICIPATED ON THE LEADERSHIP TEAM FOR THE 2011 HOUSTON NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER. PASTOR SUZETTE WAS ONE OF THE LEADERS WHO LED THE CITY IN PRAYER ON THAT DAY. THE PRAYER INSTITUTE WROTE ONE OF THE PRAYERS THAT WAS PRAYED DURING THIS EVENT. PARTNERED WITH WINDSOR VILLAGE UMC TO PRAY FOR POINTE 2.3.4 THROUGH JOSHUA'S FOOT PRAYER WALK MINISTRY. PARTNERED WITH WINDSOR VILLAGE UMC TO HOST THE GOD'S WOMEN OF POWER (GWOP) LUNCHEON AND RETREAT. GWOP WAS FOUNDED BY PASTOR SUZETTE FOR PASTOR'S WIVES AND WOMEN IN MINISTRY.
