What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? PROVIDE AN ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF OUR NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE ON JULY 4TH IN THE CAPITAL CITY OF OUR STATE. PUBLIC SPACES IN THE CITY AND THE GROUNDS OF THE CAPITAL BUILDING ITSELF ARE UTILIZED FOR THIS TWO DAY EVENT. THE EVENT IS FREE OF CHARGE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AND INCLUDES LICE MUSIC, FIREWORKS, CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL DISPLAYS, A PARADE, A CARNIVAL, CONTESTS AND OTHER COMPONENTS THAT VARY FROM YEAR TO YEAR.
