FOOTNOTE FOR UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS		The Club is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code, except for certain items of unrelated business taxable income, including investment income. The Club's current accounting policy is to provide liabilities for uncertain income tax provisions when a liability is probable and estimable. The Club had no uncertain tax positions for the years ended September 30, 2011 and 2010 and is not aware of any violation of its tax status as an organization exempt from income taxes. The Club is no longer subject to audits by the IRS for periods prior to September 30, 2008.
