What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PURCHASE, MANAGE, SELL AND OPERATE PROPERTY FOR THE USE OF THE TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY CHAPTER OF DELTA TAU DELTA INTERNATIONAL FRATERNITY. THIS PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT IS TO THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERSHIP OF SIGMA CHI EPSILON EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION WHOSE USE OF THE PROPERTY IS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION AND TO STRENTHEN THEIR BROTHERHOOD, A PRIMARY TENANT OF MEMBERSHIP.
