What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? JOINT LABOR-MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES BY AN AREA AND INDUSTRY-WIDE COMMITTEE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONSHIPS, JOB SECURITY, AND COMPETITIVENESS, PRODUCTIVITY, ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
