What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? DISTRICT COUNCIL LABOR UNION REPRESENTATING 11 AFFILIATED ASBESTOS LABOR UNIONS IN THE SOUTHWEST WEST DISTRICT COUNCIL. REPRESENTATION INCLUDES ISSUES RELATING TO ORGANIZING, TRAINING, WAGES, HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS, PENSION BENEFITS, AND OTHER BENEFITS IMPACTING MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. PAYMENTS TO AFFILIATED LOCALS FOR TRAINING AND OTHER BENEFITS DIRECTLY IMPACTING MEMBERS OF THOSE LOCALS IS AN EXEMPT PURPOSE ACTIVITY OF THIS ENTITY.
