	This is a three day convention, which combines a business meeting for the membership and a one day work session with the Corps of Engineers representative to discuss possible changes in contact procedures and specifications and future work to be accomplished. Attendance is approximately two hundred members and guests and one hundred Corps of Engineers representatives.

	Branch Meetings-Various branch committees meet with their government counterparts to discuss mutual contract and specifications to try and achieve better working relationships, e.g. dredging, soil conservation and revetments. Mid-Year meeting is a branch business session for the Board of Directors. National Annual Meeting - A meeting held for all of general contractors and associate membbers in the United States. Sessions are informative and help contractors to manage their business better and more profitablle. Branch staffs from over hundred AGC Branches meet in open forum to discuss mutual problems of Branch/Chapter operations as a trade association. Other National Meetings - National committee members meet with various government agencies at least once a year to discuss mutual problems in their construction procedures members of this branch serve on various national committees.

Maintain Plan Room for any contractor or supplier to review government and some private work within seven 7 states.
