What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO PROACTIVELY LOBBY FOR WASHINGTON STATE LEGISLATION THAT IS IN THE MEMBERS BEST INTERESTS WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY DEFENDING AGAINST LEGISLATION AND AGENCY ACTION THAT NEGATIVELY IMPACTS THE RURAL ELECTRIC INDUSTRY.
