Every member has the right to vote for the members of the governing body, called the Board of Directors. The governing body was not provided a copy of this Form 990 before it was filed. Flag Credit Union has a written conflict of interest policy titled Code of Conduct. Annually, all volunteers and employees are required to sign the policy and a form is completed that would disclose interests that could give rise to conflicts.
