28 A flag football tournament was hosted for Relay for Life in which the fraternity provided an opportunity for other campus organizations and groups of students to compete in order to raise money for the charity. The fraternity contributed coaches, scheduling, a venue, and refreshments.

Explanation:
I have been looking for our EIN for weeks. I checked with the IRS and none was on record for the information that I gave them. Bank of America gave me an EIN that was on our account. I submitted a 990-EZ on time with that EIN. That form was rejected because the EIN provided by Bank of America was incorrect. I finally obtained the correct EIN and will need to have the other information verified to make sure that none of it should be recorded as changed.
