Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Organization seeks to promote and foster the highest ethical relationship between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, consumer and business education and service excellence. The Organization handled over 3.4 million individual services to businesses and consumers from Northern Illinois and around the world.
