What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PURPOSE OF THE TENNESSEE OSTEOPATHIC MEDICAL ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE AWARENESS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE OSTEOPATHIC PROFESSION, TO SUPPORT MEDICAL TRAINING PROGRAMS, AND TO EDUCATE ITS MEMBERS.
