	Advocacy and organizing - THROUGH ORGANIZING, EDUCATION, OUTREACH AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WE WORK TO END DISCRIMINATION AGAINST LGBT PEOPLE ON A LOCAL AND STATE LEVEL. Identified 39% more supporters of LGBT equality across the state, for a total of 69,000. Over 3600 LGBT equality leaders participated in trainings and actions. We worked with local leaders to enact domestic partner registries. Worked with six more cities to allow same-sex and opposite sex couples to register as domestic partners.
