What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes, to provide and opportunity for legal advisors in the health field to meet and to exchange information and ideas, to conduct legal seminars of interest to such attorneys, and to provide a central agency for the exchange of information of a legal nature in the health field.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 WSSHA sponsored full-day seminars and quarterly seminars which provided member attorneys and non-member attorneys with continuing legal education credits. In addition, attorney and non-attorney members prepared and updated new publication materials related to the Health Law Manual published by WSSHA. The Health Law Manual is a free web-based publication.
