	The organization held its annual conference, providing training sessions and networking opportunities for its membership as well as access to exhibitors whose products and services are used by law enforcement personnel. The organization also provided advancement tests to law enforcement agencies in the state. The association provides management services to the charitable foundation which provides support to families of police officers killed in the line of duty. The association also monitors Texas legislative activity in order to inform its membership of any law enforcement related issues. Provide traffic safety through out Texas with various programs.
